F1 Blitz

The 2026 Formula 1 season run as a BlitzLeader blitz. Every driver is scored against their own 2025 pace, so a midfield driver beating expectations can top the board over a champion coasting.

How the handicap works

Each driver gets a target: their 2025 average points per round. Anyone below the 2025 field median, or with no 2025 results, uses the median (2.13 pts/round) so one lucky finish can't blow up their score.

Handicapped score = 2026 points ÷ (target × rounds run). 100% means matching last year's pace; 150% means beating it by half. Targets are locked for the whole season.

Swap drivers for reps and points for sales, and this is exactly how a BlitzLeader blitz keeps a new hire in the race against your top producer.
